Let's talk about goals.
First of all i'd like to place some monthly weight goals. I currently weigh... one second.
I had to run and check! I weigh 145 lbs. According to a lot of charts I looked at I should 122-149 because of my height. So, i'm thinking the goal is going to have to be 122. But not right away.
So, lets make our own chart! I honestly don't know what is realistic so I guess i'll make it up and see what works out...
By the end of November: 140.
By the end of December: 130.
By the end of February: 120.
Yeah, let's go from there.
Today is October 30th 2013. So (considering I am having some serious crampage) I will be starting my goals on Friday, November 1st. Talk to you then!
Good luck with your goals!! Something that might help that I really love is myfitnesspal. If you have a smart phone it is free or you can also do it on the computer. I am looking forward to getting ideas on how to be spontaneous, I need that too :)
