I have only one final left everybody! I must tell you though, that I work out for about 45 minutes every Tuesday before rehearsal for fit club-so no worries there! I've been eating terribly though... we can't afford good food and we don't take the time to make it because we don't have time. I've been so tired lately and I just want to get my energy up! Let's talk December.
Been a really busy couple of weeks, but I'm going to try and get back in the game! Let's talk about yesterday, December 3rd. I didn't hit 50k on my novel but I did hit 30k! I just need to do even more!
How I shared my love with Joe:
-We watched a movie and snuggled :D
What I read:
-Luke Chapter 1. We started the nativity story. I especially liked verse 37.

My spontaneous act:
-I made hot chocolate by boiling milk on the stove. I added cinnamon! I've never done that before. :D
What I ate:
-Breakfast-A small pastry that Joe gave me
-Lunch-Tuna fish sandwiches
-Dinner-Nothing
-Snackage- Ice cream and saltine crackers
Exercise:
-I did a 1/2 hour of fit club with my cast and crew for 'Sort of the Rings'. WE are going to exercise before every rehearsal from now on!

Sunday November 10th

-Left a play early because Joe didn't want to stay the whole time.
What I read:
-My friends homecoming was today. His name is Russell Moser and we have been friends since we were kids! He was really inspiring in his talk.
My spontaneous act:
-I went to a "write-in" for this years nanowrimo. It is the National Novel Writing Month
What I ate:
-Breakfast- Brunch at the mosers house with some fruit and dip, a peanut snack and brocolli.
-Lunch-^^Combine with brunch
-Dinner-Still full...

Saturday November 9th

-Didn't see him that much. But I still love him.

-Drove to Mom and Dads after work.

-Breakfast-Two pieces of toast and two scrambled
-Lunch-Chicken enchilda chilli soup and a pesto chicken sandwhich.

-I had institute class today and we learned about not putting your opinion of yourself against the Lords opinion of yourself.

-Dinner: A Swiss Onion soup and BBQ salad from Zupas
-Snackage: Mandarin Oranges and Corn.

-We spent a lot of time together today! I did come home and pick him up for school after my class too.

-Nothing really, just Catching Fire, but that's not religious!
My spontaneous act:
- ...We watched V for Vedetta! But that was sort of planned due to the fifth... I did paint my nails bright green AND cut up some old t shirts. :)
What I ate:
-Breakfast: A small parfait with yogurt, berries and granola from Cafe Zupas.
-Lunch: A bowl of rice!
-Dinner: Soup chicken noodle soup.
-Snackage: Pepperment ice cream!

Getting up early
First, i'd like to apologize for not getting online last night, I was SO tired after work! Also, I guess it is a blessing in disguise that one of our clocks didn't get changed so I am up an hour early... confusion reigned supreme on me this morning, but I brought it back!

-I wrote him a letter! This is something we like to do since the mission and it's been my turn for like 6 months now. :S I thought I was caught up until I got home from work and he had a reply. Sill diligent boy. ;)
What I read:
-This one is actually really... funny time. I was reading Gospel Principles chapter 22 and it flat out was all 'We should care about affairs in other countries.' This was funny because I was just complaining to Joe last week that I don't want to hear all about other countries. BUT, Joe said I needed to TO an extent. So there we go, I guess!
My spontaneous act:
-I can't really think of anything spontaneous I did yesterday. Except for maybe... being awesome? I'm kidding. I didn't do anything spontaneous on purpose I guess.
What I ate: Let me rack my brain here...
-Breakfast: Pretty sure it's a no on the breakfast front.
-Lunch: We had Del Taco! Yum! I had two hard shell and two soft shell small tacos and we shared a chocolate shake.
-Dinner: Baha. I would say a roll and some Pesto sauce from Zupas would be my dinner.
-Snackage: Some fries, a small pack of woppers and...that's it I think!
Exercise:
-Just walking around campus! But THIS morning i'm going to stretch a lot and do crunches, right after I post this!

-The kid drove me crazy today. BUT. I did help him cook today, which I don't do very much.

-Things As They Really Are pages 19-21. It talked about the reality of God and his love for us.

-I sang in a YSA choir... does that count?
What I ate:
-Breakfast: Haha. Two pieces of wheat bread with pumpkin cream cheese.
-Lunch: Rice and gravy
-Dinner: None reallly
-Snackage: A lot of rice crispy treats, candy and popcorn.

Best Friends
Well, tonight i'm writing about two different days. So we'll start with yesterday, November 1st.
How I shared my love with Joe:
-We only saw each other the first few hours and the last few hours of the day, but I tried to send him as many adorable text messages as I could manage. I also did a few dishes, which makes him very happy. :)
What I read:
-I'll admit... I didn't make time to read anything. BUT I did have institute that morning and we studied the book of Jacob. :D
My spontaneous act:
-Well... As soon as institute was over I drove to Bountiful to pick up my best friend, Taylor, in order to haed all the way over to West Jordan to eat lunch at, my OTHER bestest friend, Kylee's, work. Then we explored City Creek for a few hours. It was lovely. It was pretty spontaneous, I guess!
What I ate:
-Breakfast:... What's that?
-Lunch: Chinese food shared with Taylor. A bowl of egg drop soup, four cream cheese wontons and half a plate of sweet and sour chicken.
-Dinner... I really should write these things down.
-Snackage: A whole lot of skittles! Yay Zupas!
Exercise:
-Lots of walking around City Creek and Temple Square with Taylor. And of course, regular Zupas running around and lifting crap.
Wow, what a sad first day reading and exercise wise, but it was one of the best days EVER. Taylor just got back from his mission on Halloween night. So that was amazing.
November 2nd,2012-- It's my tenmonthiversary!
How I shared my love with Joe:
-I worked all day today, but I tried to text him as much as possible. I gave him some cuddles and stuff in the morning before work. He's sweet. :)
What I read:
-Bah-i'm a failure! I'll get it.
My spontaneous act:
-I saved an employee from the ground after she tripped and drove her home. Poor girl. It kept the night exciting though, but I hope she is okay!
What I ate:
-Breakfast: A bowl of half Honey Bunches of Oats and half Cheerios. (We have no real food.)
-Lunch: A Pesto Chicken Sandwich and Honey Chipotle Salad from the amazing Cafe Zupas
-Dinner: A bread and some chips. :S
-Snackage: A brownie from Zupas.
Exercise:
-Well, worked all day so I basically ran around all day haha.
Well, it's been a great day. Couple days. Emotional week. I am so lucky to be alive and have the people I ahve in my life.

Let's talk about goals.
First of all i'd like to place some monthly weight goals. I currently weigh... one second.
I had to run and check! I weigh 145 lbs. According to a lot of charts I looked at I should 122-149 because of my height. So, i'm thinking the goal is going to have to be 122. But not right away.
So, lets make our own chart! I honestly don't know what is realistic so I guess i'll make it up and see what works out...
By the end of November: 140.
By the end of December: 130.
By the end of February: 120.
Yeah, let's go from there.
Today is October 30th 2013. So (considering I am having some serious crampage) I will be starting my goals on Friday, November 1st. Talk to you then!
